Centrally located in the lovely Spanish village of Teulada, just a short drive from the coast and Moraira town, is this lovely 2 bedroom apartment, set in a traditional building. The apartment has been upgraded to a good standard, retaining some lovely features.

One of only two in the building, the apartment is situated on the second floor which is accessed via the communal staircase. The traditional yet modern style is charming and the apartment allows a lot of natural light in.

The living room is the first room to welcome you upon entry and has two sets of large double glazed doors leading to a balcony.

The hallway leads to a separate kitchen which is fully equiped and in excellent condition, with plenty of fitted units.

The corridor also leads to two spacious double bedrooms and the shower room.

Directly above the apartment is a very large communal sun terrace with amazing views over Teulada and the surrounding mountains, including the Montgo. There is a large casita on the terrace used for storage, which also houses the washing machines for both apartments.

This is a comfortable, cosy and well maintained apartment with good outside space.

Basura / rubbish collection tax is approximately 99 euros per year.
